Machines and all other products not mentioned above can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase.
The items must be in original, unused condition and packaging.

Requested returns or order cancellations after the time of order will incur a 5% fee.

Damaged Items:
Even though we package our products with the best care; damage during shipping can happen.
If you receive a damaged item, please send a picture of the product in the original shipping package within 7 days of receipt of item to the following email address: sew@creeksidefabrics.com.
We will contact you once we receive the photo and a label will be sent out to you for the return.
A new item (if available) will be shipped at no additional cost.
Pre-Order Policy:
Pre-Order items are indicated as PRE-ORDER to the consumer prior to ordering.
We are purchasing in advance and given an estimated arrival date from the manufacturer, however we cannot guarantee a ship date and these dates are subject to change without notice.
Due to the high demand and limited supply of pre-order items, cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Note, cancellations may not be accepted on special pre-order items, such as limited editions and/or exclusive releases, as these items have the highest demand and are produced in very limited quantities.
When items arrive, they will be processed and fulfilled promptly.
